What if my bag arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?


Contact us at support@kitbound.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with clear photos (or a short video if photos don't show the issue clearly). In most cases, there's no need to send anything back — we'll sort a refund or replacement, your choice. In rare cases we may ask for photos of the packaging too, or ask you to send the item back — if so, we'll cover that cost and walk you through it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

What if I've changed my mind and no longer want the bag?


We're not able to offer returns for change of mind. Please make sure the bag's right for you before ordering — check the dimensions (50 x 20 x 32cm) and full feature list on the product page, or get in touch at support@kitbound.co.uk with any questions before you buy.

How long does shipping take?


Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Your order will include tracking. If it's taking longer than 14 business days, contact us at support@kitbound.co.uk and we'll look into it right away.
